Back packs containing passports money wallet
It happened very quickly and we were only 10-15 meters away




A football match is on and, these men have a grandstand seat

Garth had his birthday in Vanuatu
so Gloria got a cake and we sang 
happy birthday 
he is on his way back to NZ  he has been here on a scoping visit 
to Tanna . he will return in August with a team to rebuild 
a church building

he is on his way back to NZ to pick apples
and then he will head to Blenheim to prune the grape vines
I took him to Onesue today

all the corrugated iron from all the roofings
 has been collected up
and now waiting for Saturday 
the recycle truck will come and give a price to remove it all.


and more iron roofing
we are hoping no cyclone will come and move it somewhere else 


The shutters are slowly been made

we save a few Vatu by having them made

The gutters are all hooked up
and just in time as it is raining
probable because of Cyclone Winston at Fiji


the water coming out (its exciting to get fresh rain water)


we are the first to get our plastic bottle filled

We were driving pass and these women were
doing their washing and were all smiling
(it was also raining- A good sign for El- Nino)


At a road side market I brought some vegetables


The doors are made for the Dormitory


I need to be careful not to get lost in the long grass
hopefully it will be cut soon
Im carrying a bag of cement

We are slowly coping with the temp
at night its now 8.49 pm and its still above 30 Deg

we will leave the fan on all night again
its all good no blankets needed

The gutters are going up and will 
be ready for a good heavy rain 
next week to fill the 6000 ltr tank



Mr Kim is doing a balancing act to get 
the gutters up and in place
( we hope OSH isn't looking)

Gloria's been busy at Seaside School this week. Its exciting to announce all these 
students today have now moved on to the next level of words
in the100 essential word list 






At Morning Tea and Lunch Time break, 
 Gloria gets a lot of students wanting to come in and read books 

This afternoon Gloria heads out  with the Dental Team 
Bob and Morinda from PCV, and  Hospital nurses 
to Etas Village in Port Villa, 
Inoculations and Dental checks, health awareness 
                                                       and giving out toothbrush packs.


The building we all worked in, at 32 deg  it was hot
we set up our table under a tree to keep cooler

the Dormitory building 
he needs to build strong doors for the BOY's
dormitory 



The men are back to work on the teachers houses's
 lets see some progress over the next few weeks
