The concrete slab & pulpit is the only thing remaining
of the Lamnatu Church in Tanna  
after Cyclone PAM came thru 
Garth and his team are there to rebuild this Church

Todays after school class 
 WELL the boys missed out on our special Pirate session today , 
but the girls had lots of fun reading lots of stories,  and we coloured in some pirate pictures. 





and Neville helped out with some Maths.


Our Vila Central Hospital Dental team have finished our training course on Friday for the National Oral Health Survey.
A good sized team of 14 attended. 



We did our planning board today, as VCH will be going to the outer Islands close up to Efate
Gloria and two VCH Dentists will be examining and recording on their outreaches to Maskelynes
Lamap and  Akhamei

Garth's team that went to Tanna
shipped a box from NZ
it arrive just in time to go on the 
Vanuatu Ferry on Friday after custom clearances


The boxes will be delivered on Sunday morning 
ready for use on Monday
whooooo !!!!

the team return to Vila Wednesday

After School Reading student 


Jennifer spends time with Gloria every day practicing, she has a reading competition at school, coming up on July 4th, so they  are working together on a book called
 Have you Filled a bucket today ?
Confident YES  a good chance at winning DEFINITELY 👍

We saw large crowds line the streets
from the town centre to the Airport 
to farewell their President  "Baldwin Lonsdale"

The building team from around NZ
are about to set off to Tanna
to the Village of Lamnatu
to rebuild the community church building

They arrived in on Saturday with one member going via Sydney due
to Auckland airport fog!!
2 more builders will arrive on Wednesday due fog also

Glorias after school class is a special ministry to the community and neighbours. These three students are  from Vila East School They  come 3-4 times a week and love the special class Gloria offers.
                                           There are 9 Students now attending each week
They love to read and choose their own books, and enjoy story's read by Gloria using hand puppets or toys as story characters
                                   Assisted technology  using I Pads with educational apps
