We have our first harvest
from the KIWI garden, fresh,  and only 4  weeks from planting to eating
MY hair goes crazy in the  wet and hot weather ...

Its so nice to work in a clean dry room when its raining hard outside.
Saturday, a new student, Natalie who lives next door,  asked if we could help, with her homework.

I helped her with her Reading,

While Neville helped her with her MATHS,  she was very happy and thankful.

Gloria and Annette's reading  class on Tuesday got them rather wet again, so
Gloria was given the room next door to move to, at the Korvan Centre.  for her after school
classroom, They set it up yesterday ready for Thursday's students,
a promotion to the Principle's office.

The old classroom
got very wet,  every time it rained,
as the water would come thru the ceiling panels and light.
A few resourse's were lost.

Neville's team are doing patch up repair's

A new roof is being planned,  to replace
this old roof

When we were at Jensen house, we heard running water,
and went to investigate,

Hannagh  from Telmar who is overdue for her baby, was moved to Sutherland House Flat 3 during Cyclone Cook,  as it is very close to the Hospital.  Suffering from a bad toothache I took her to the Dental Dept, Grabbed Dr Samuel and we place a dressing in her tooth. She will have her tooth out after the baby is born

Todays challenge was Gloria taking the morning lessons English and Maths
for 35 students.

First it was sort out the footwear so we could get in the door.

Then  the lesson and off to your tables to do your work.

MATHS lesson, these students finished their maths in record time, then decided to use the play dough to create some face masks. They were Happy to see my reaction, as I was busy marking workbooks, so she wondered over to me, I smiled, and out came my camera.

Then it was off to  the Korvan centre for the afternoon Seaside class, Annette Vincent our PVC partner joined me  in helping the students to read, learn words, and do some puzzles, and she finished the session  with a lovely story.
