We are having trouble with road repairs gangs
cutting the internet cable

The internet provider is Wantok
not so HOT Price

This interruption was due to damage done to

one of our fibre cables at the Tebakor area which

was caused by the road project.

We have a mission team here from Dunedin
they have been out on one the Outer Islands
and have returned to Port Vila so, we gave them
a round the island tour today

A beautiful spot to cool off but
it is winter here but at 29 degs
a nice place for a swim

All the team enjoyed the fresh cool water

Every boy racer should have one of these
Cheap on gas , cool running
in NZ they wouldn't be on the road too long with
the cold wet weather

you wont need to clean it so often as I do
with the Ford Ranger

This little guy loves the green Monkey

They were a lot better than me at this game

Andrew Scott's team have returned to VILA  today after their mission trip to South West Bay Melakula
They had an amazing exciting wonderful  time up there and didn't want to return to Vila today.
Don and Shirley Anton and us visited this team in Dunedin last year to share about  our time and experiences in Vanuatu and encourage them in their planning for their trip
Happy to say they,  SO Loved it,  and it has enriched their lives

As a welcome back treat PCANZ partners Annette and Gloria spoilt  them with some home baking  Cookies  which they gobbled down pretty quick .
Off to town now for Burgers chips and Pizza  they don't want to see  or eat  any
RICE at the moment .

You can see it does get cold here
It dropped to 19.2 deg one night Brrrrrr

Jonny & I had to go to the ferry to drop off
some bibles to go to the Island of Paama

everybody was there!!! its a weekly sailing
to the outer islands
its the hustle & bustle of morning life

And everything was their ,including small calf's
coming and going

Not too much to eat for this little fello!!

Traffic jams are part of the journey.
I have become very patience

These children were hungry so their mums
gave them some dry rice to eat
while they prepared dinner
