These are the Pot Holes in Vanuatu
Millions of them everywhere
Part of the driving test is if you can dodge them
You will see vehicles on your side of the road
frequently dodging them

not uncommon in the city
I would a guess that 70 % of cooking
is like this and it would be 100% out in the
remote Islands
