Here is the Highgate team from Dunedin
they are flying to Paama Island today,
They are enjoying the warmer Pacific weather
Checking In can takes a while
so we arrived a 5.30am at the airport
for a 7.00am take off to Paama Island
This is the East Taieri team from Mosgiel
(near Dunedin).They are going to Tanna
for a school visit for a week and warmer temp's
(everyone is leaving Dunedin for the winter)
Here is a picture of the Church at Waisisi village.
A full rebuild started in November 2017
They made all the blocks by hand, & went to the beach
to collect sand & coral for the cement work.
The Iron roof is now on
so its windows and doors to be completed before
Opening 25 August 2018
The team with Dr Jaco from Papamoa (near Tauranga)
took gifts to the village ladies
The pikinni's from Waisisi village are enjoying some
of the fun gifts
The team also did some paintings which are shown
in the back ground on this photo's
